Our story
A Serrekunda classic, born from the tide.
For over a decade John Raymond's has been the meeting point of travelers and locals — where the day drifts from morning coffee under the palms to grilled prawns after sunset and cocktails by the fire.
Our kitchen is proudly Gambian at heart with a global soul. We work with fishermen at dawn, bake our pizza in a wood-fired oven, and pour drinks with the same warmth you'd expect from a family table.
